If the Celebs thought they were in for relaxation in the pool after their match with Newcastle's Youth, Anna soon put them right.

After their exertions on the pitch against Newcastle's academy side, the Celebs deserved a
little relaxing in the pool. However, that wasn't what Anna, the physio, had in mind when
she put the boys through aqua training.
The Celebrity Squad were led through a series of exercises and stretches in the water,
designed to increase their fitness ahead of Sunday's game against the Legends.
Darren Campbell must have been on a high after his second half double earlier in the day
and could hardly contain himself. At one point he tried to hitch a ride on Harvey's back,
not that his strike partner was having any of it.
Campbell then showed he is speedy in water as well as on the track when he shot ahead in a
relay race in which the players held floats between their legs. They weren't allowed to use their arms though, they were supposed to be exercising their torsos and so Anna
ruled his efforts out.
The in-form forward even burst into song at one point, directing "You Sexy Thing" at
Luther Blissett. It's fair to say the coach was not amused.
Luther then carded Ralf Little after he got out of the pool for some treatment for cramp.
Little was ready for it though and produced his playing card, thus avoiding any charges.
After a strenuous water workout a few of the squad got in the Jacuzzi to chill and chat
about the day's game. Andy Scott-Lee reflected on a good second half display but admitted
they had made "silly mistakes" in the first half that cost them the game.
But with every day the Celebs are getting more prepared for the challenge that awaits them
at St James' Park on Sunday.
