Jerry Bruckheimer (Executive Producer)

One of the most successful producers of all time, Jerry Bruckheimer is a filmmaker who loves telling a story and delivers a visual feast unmistakably his own. Marked by his signature lightning bolt, he has produced over 30 films, including "Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl," "Black Hawk Down," "Pearl Harbour," "Remember the Titans," "Armageddon," "The Rock," "Crimson Tide," "Beverly Hills Cop," "Flashdance" and "Top Gun."

Bruckheimer also brought the power of the lightning bolt to television and currently has five hit shows on the air, with "CSI: Crime Scene Investigation," the number one show on television in 2003; "CSI Miami," the number one new drama of 2002; "Without a Trace," the number two new drama of 2002; "Cold Case," the number one new drama of 2003; and the Emmy Award-winning "The Amazing Race," which was recently picked up for a sixth season. He received the ShoWest Producer of the Year Award in 1998, and in 2000 the Producers' Guild honoured him with the David O. Selznick Award for Lifetime Achievement. In 2003, the editors of Entertainment Weekly named Bruckheimer the most powerful person in Hollywood, and in 2004 he was named one of the 100 most influential people in America by Time magazine. Also in 2004, Bruckheimer was honoured with two People's Choice Awards, for "Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl" as favourite motion picture and "CSI: Crime Scene Investigation" for favourite television series.

Bruckheimer's projects have been honoured with 35 Academy Award nominations and five wins, eight Grammy Award nominations and five wins, 23 Golden Globe Award nominations and four wins, 30 Emmy Award nominations and six wins, eight People's Choice Award nominations and four wins and numerous MTV Awards, including one for Best Picture of the Decade. His films have launched the careers of many actors and directors and have produced more than $13 billion in box office, video, television and recording sales to date.
