Tom Baldwin
A federal agent assigned to investigate the 4400, Tom has a personal connection to the case: his nephew, Shawn Farrell, is one of the abductees. Tom's son Kyle lies comatose in a hospital, which has bought Tom closer to his wife Linda, from whom he is estranged.
