| Ross Kemp on Gangs wins a BAFTA!
In the wake of being named Best Factual Series at the 2007 BAFTA awards, ROSS KEMP ON GANGS returns to Sky One this autumn, chronicling Ross Kemp’s exploration into the fascinating and sordid activities of some of the world’s most notorious gangs. This new, third series will see Ross infiltrate the criminal underworld in Kingston, Jamaica (a.k.a. the murder capital of the world); investigate the football hooligans of Krakow, Poland; and ingratiate himself with some of Bogotá, Columbia's most dangerous felons.
At the moment, Kemp is celebrating his BAFTA victory by heading to Afghanistan to explore – and experience first-hand – the British Army’s involvement in one of the world’s most dangerous wars, for a brand new four-part series, ROSS KEMP ON AFGHANISTAN. Kemp’s trademark hands-on approach to factual filmmaking will be employed to maximum effect in this revealing look at what it’s really like to fight the Taliban and survive some of the most extreme conditions on Earth.
